Summit Rider Tours
Before making a reservation with Summit Rider Tours, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Summit Rider Tours and you from the time of booking.
By submitting a booking, you confirm that you comply with these arrangements.
Payment
After registering, you will receive a confirmation along with an invoice for a 20% registration fee. This must be paid within 7 days.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip, unless otherwise agreed.
If booking less than 30 days before the trip, the full amount must be paid within 3 days of receiving confirmation.
Motorcycle Rental
Summit Rider Tours does not provide motorcycles as part of its tour packages.
However, we can assist in arranging motorcycle rentals through trusted third-party providers. Any rental agreement is strictly between the participant and the third-party supplier. Summit Rider Tours is not responsible for the condition, availability, insurance, or terms related to rented motorcycles.
Cancellation of Trip
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
More than 60 days before the trip: Full refund
60–30 days before the trip: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before the trip: No refund
If Summit Rider Tours cancels a trip, all payments will be refunded in full. Participants will be notified no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Summit Rider Tours is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including flights or other travel arrangements.
Passport Requirements
All participants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. Passports expiring during the trip are considered invalid.
Driver’s License
All riders must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the motorcycle they intend to ride, as required by the rental provider and local laws.
Liability
Participants are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by their actions, whether through negligence or intentional misconduct.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unsafe or reckless driving
Lack of riding ability
Failure to follow road rules or safety guidelines
Participants agree to indemnify and hold Summit Rider Tours harmless from any third-party claims arising from such incidents.
Motorcycle Insurance (Third-Party Rentals)
Motorcycle insurance is arranged through the third-party rental provider.
Participants are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the rental provider’s insurance terms, including liability, damage coverage, and excess fees.
Summit Rider Tours is not responsible for any damages, claims, or disputes related to rental motorcycles.
Travel Insurance
All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance, including:
Medical coverage
Accident coverage
Emergency evacuation and repatriation
Proof of insurance may be requested at any time.
Cancellation Cover
We recommend that participants review their personal insurance policies to determine if cancellation coverage is included.
Itinerary
Summit Rider Tours is not liable for changes to travel schedules, including flights. Participants are responsible for confirming their travel arrangements.
We are not responsible for missed flights or connections due to delays or itinerary changes.
Itinerary Changes
Summit Rider Tours reserves the right to:
Modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
Update information on the website or promotional materials prior to booking
Make necessary adjustments during the tour for operational reasons
We are not responsible for typographical or informational errors.
By booking a tour with Summit Rider Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
